I'm late to post, but we went through a transition a few months ago. Some may have noticed, others not, but Aligned Mortgage as a name, is no longer a thing. I've got to say, change is always hard, and the last year has been really tough. However, my team came out stronger on the other side, with more ways to help our clients and Realtor partners than ever before.

I have the same team and same mission I've had for years! We've simply teamed up with like minded individuals under a new name and company umbrella. This change gives us... among other things... the ability to lend in 50 States, and do in-house, VA One Time Close Construction Loans!

Don't let the name fool you. I can help with Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, Construction, Down Payment Assistance, and NON QM (Bank Statement, ITIN, Etc) loans. However, helping Veterans utilize their VA Home Loan Benefit is definitely my passion.

Thank you to everyone that supported me before, during, and after this transition! 2023 proved to be a tough year, which brought many changes to the Real Estate and Mortgage Industry. However, I'm so excited and optimistic to see what 2024 will bring!
