There's a BIG difference between knowing something and knowing how to teach it. 💡

And teaching is something I've been passionate about for more than 30 years!

Throughout my career as an educator, professional organizer, and Google Certified Trainer, I've learned that people don't need MORE information thrown at them.

They need someone who can make complicated things feel simple, connect the dots, and show them how to actually put what they've learned into practice.

That's what I love most about teaching, whether it's in a workshop, on stage, or sitting beside a small business owner working through their Google Workspace.

My goal is always the same: help you walk away feeling more confident, capable, and excited about what's possible!

Not everyone I meet loves Google as much as I do. 😅

I recently connected with a business owner who was frustrated with Google Workspace.

Files he couldn’t access. Too much time spent searching for answers. Repetitive tasks he wished were automated. Too many notifications. Missed follow ups.

That’s a LOT of tech friction.

But once we named what wasn’t working, I could see solutions. Better settings, permissions, automations, Gmail organization, integrations, and more.

You don’t have to love Google. 💙 You just need it to work for you.

What a blast from the past! 👀

In 2013, I recorded this video as part of my application to become a Google Certified Trainer.

Watching it again all these years later, one thing immediately stood out to me:

The tools have changed. Google has changed. But my WHY really hasn’t. 💙

I wanted to help people understand technology, stay organized, work more efficiently, and discover all the things Google could make easier.

And apparently, I’ve been nerding out about Google for a very long time. 😂

Today, I get to bring that same love of teaching into Clutter Care, helping small business owners feel more organized, confident, and capable with the Google tools they use every day. That combination of decades of teaching experience and more than 13 years as a Google Certified Trainer is still at the heart of what I do.

It’s not more information.

It’s that moment when something that has felt complicated for years suddenly clicks. 💡

When someone says:
“WAIT. Google can do that?”
“That would save me so much time.”
“Why did no one teach me this before?”

After more than 30 years as an educator, those moments still light me up.
