I’ll never forget the call…

A wife on the other end, stressed and overwhelmed after being denied by a big “VA lender.”
All she wanted to know was “Is there still a chance?”

With so many moving parts, I couldn’t give her a quick yes.
But I could give her honesty, strategy, and effort.
