Yesterday was my 37th birthday, and I wanted part of my day to be spent doing something a little different and meaningful. ❤️

I had the opportunity to volunteer at Station Exchange Senior Care in Richmond Hill, where my mother-in-law works, and it ended up being such a special part of my birthday. We played bingo, laughed, and just enjoyed spending time together. I truly had so much fun! 🥰

What touched me most was seeing firsthand the love that fills this place. The facility is absolutely beautiful, but the staff are what make it so special. You could see the patience, compassion, and genuine passion they have for the residents in every corner of the building.

Birthdays always make me reflect on how blessed I am, and spending a few hours giving my time while being surrounded by so much love made turning 37 feel even more meaningful. ❤️

So grateful for this experience and for the wonderful people I got to spend part of my birthday with. 🫶🏼

Getting pre-approved is exciting, but what you do after that pre-approval can be just as important as what you did to get it!

I’ve seen something as simple as a new car payment, furniture financing, opening a credit card, or moving money around create unnecessary issues during the mortgage process. 😩

My biggest advice? Before you make ANY major financial move, CALL YOUR LENDER FIRST! 📲 Even if you think it’s no big deal — ask me first. I’d much rather answer a quick question than have to fix a problem later!

The goal is simple: protect your approval, get to the closing table, and get those KEYS! 🔑🏡
