Nic, originally from Wheeler, Texas, graduated from Cameron University in Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s degree in Business. He resides in Savannah with his wife Emily and their two children, Thompson and Evangeline. Nic and Emily are also dedicated dog fosters, having cared for over 150 dogs in the past 15 years, with three becoming permanent family members: Freddie Couples, Barry Manilow, and Meryl Streep.

Nic specializes in tailoring mortgage solutions to fit each client’s unique needs, ensuring timely closings and an exceptional customer experience, as reflected in client feedback and repeat business. He enjoys working with both experienced and first-time buyers, emphasizing clear communication throughout the process.

In his free time, Nic enjoys home projects, spending time with his kids at the pool, and playing golf. He is also mastering the art of packing for a beach day with young children. Nic is proud to call Savannah home and to be a part of the Coastal Custom team.
