Check out the rocket launch we happened to catch on camera today when we were pouring the slab for our 1401 Alberni Street house.

Here's another great deal we closed on Friday, October 25th! This was a Rehab, Fix & Flip transaction with the total project taking only 10 months! We grew the property, renovated and sold it to a local Veteran!
