Another stat from National Association of Realtors on household income for home buyers. Ages 27 thru 60, have the most income, so you would expect greater percentages in these groups.

Interesting stats from National Association of Realtors. Where are you on this chart of homebuyers? Surprisingly the largest group of homebuyers is the 61 to 70 year olds, the Young Boomers! I think most of this group are looking to downsize or moving to retirement areas. What are your thoughts??
