A big thank you to the local law enforcement officers, firefighters, medics, and other first responders who are helping make this FREE community event possible! It’s a great opportunity for local families to enjoy some Halloween fun while getting to know the first responders who serve our communities.

📅 October 17 | 4–7 PM
📍 Phantom Fireworks, 4900 Transportation Dr., Sheffield

The event will feature trick-or-treating, face painting, balloon animals, a DJ, costume fun, refreshments, food trucks and more!

We are so grateful to have Sue on our team here at Yanak Insurance Group and appreciate all that she does in our community!

Sue is a valued member of our IRN Lorain Chapter and has been part of group for almost 25 years, but in the insurance industry for over 40! Her years of experience show in the way she takes care of her clients.
At our meeting, Sue shared some of the situations she handled for clients this week. She is a welcoming source of information and knows the right questions to ask to make sure her clients have the proper coverage when they need it most.
Whether it’s auto, home, or business insurance, Sue takes the time to understand each client’s situation and make sure they are properly protected. And when a claim happens, Sue doesn’t just hand you a number and send you on your way—she helps with the claims process and works to make things go as smoothly and easily as possible.

☕ LOCAL BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT: BREWED AWAKENING ☕

Today is National Coffee Day! And who better to recognize than our local coffee shop, Brewed Awakening, located just down the street from our office here in Amherst!

Brewed Awakening is a family-owned gourmet bagel and coffee shop run by Chris & Sherry Francis and their son, Brennan. Their Amherst location has been serving the community for two years, while their Vermilion location has been open for eight.

Of course, National Coffee Day is all about the coffee, and Brewed Awakening has plenty to choose from — coffee, lattes, cold brew, teas, refreshers, Energy Blasts, smoothies, and more. They also carry a large variety of coffee beans to take home or have shipped.
