My phones have been ringing off the hook, clients asking about flood insurance and if its covered under a standard homeowner's insurance policy. The answer is NO! Flooding from the outside coming into your home is only covered if you have a separate flood insurance policy. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out! Wishing you all a safe 2023!!!

As a kid growing up, my social circles all listened to rap, hip-hop and R&B. This was my type of music! As I have gotten older, I have really grown to appreciate the music my parents listened to, particularly my dad.

When I am having an off day I throw on some classic rock and roll, and it brings me back to the comfort of being a kid. I would have to say I highly appreciate Rock and Roll and the times it has gotten me through.

If you are grateful for what you have, your focus is gratitude, and you will more easily see other ways to be grateful, and you will find more opportunities to express your gratitude. You may not get a lot more ‘stuff,’ but you will most certainly appreciate it more, and enjoy your life.

I am most grateful for the Farmers Market, great organic produce, I have an opportunity to support smaller local businesses and the overall culture, environment and experience is amazing. Not only good meats and produce but the hot food from local vendors is AMAZING! Thank you Terra Linda Farmers Market and vendors for being available every Sunday.

Here I am, standing in line for the well worth Brickmaiden Bread out of Pt Reyes. Have you tried them yet? Let me tell you, this line could be around the block and it would be worth the wait. My favorite all time loaf is the fig and fennel mmmmmmmmmm!!!
