I am so grateful and blessed to finally close on a home purchase for one of my out of state clients. Even after competing with multiple cash and above asking price offers, especially during the craziest market my clients recently bought a beautiful home in Orange County California. I have been helping them search for a home in San Diego and Orange counties between $2 to $3 Million.
