Just finished this 5 unit apartment renovation in the North Park area. All little cottages that we ended up furnishing and leasing out. Finishes came out great. New tenants are excited to live here. Great work by everyone involved. Great long term asset in a ideal location. Let’s Go! 🙌🏽

Another one Finished! 🙌🏽 Repositioned (2) side by side duplexes in west Chula Vista. We ended up furnishing them and pre-leased them up in less than 90 days. We will also be converting the garages into permitted ADU’s in next 60 days. Turning 4 units into 6!
