New Acquisition! 🚨 We're proud to announce the acquisition of Boise Towne Plaza, located at 510-550 North Milwaukee Street, Boise, ID, our first acquisition in Idaho and a significant addition to the CREIT portfolio.

This 114,687-square-foot retail power center sits on 11.17 acres in Boise's dominant retail corridor, adjacent to Boise Towne Square, the metro's leading regional mall. 100% leased to national tenants with an average tenure of over 18 years, the property offers durable in-place cash flow and long-term potential to develop additional outparcels.

Boise's metro population has grown nearly 25% over the last ten years, making it one of the fastest-growing major markets in the country and a compelling market for long-term investment.

This is a senior leadership role with meaningful impact on our portfolio, strategy, and external relationships.

In this role, you’ll serve as a key decision‑maker and market representative, working closely with our investments team to evaluate opportunities, structure transactions, and execute deals across target markets. You’ll partner cross‑functionally with legal, debt management, portfolio operations, and investor relations while building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, lenders, owners, and strategic partners. We’re excited to welcome Jessica Welch to CIRE Equity as our new Director of Financial Reporting.

Jessica brings a strong foundation in public accounting and REIT financial reporting, beginning her career with KPMG in Phoenix and Denver, where she worked with public non-traded REIT clients. She later expanded her experience across diverse organizations, including a Washington, DC-based nonprofit focused on project accounting and process improvement.

Most recently, Jessica served at Alexander & Baldwin, a vertically integrated, publicly traded REIT, where she advanced to Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting. Her experience leading financial reporting functions, combined with her focus on process optimization and innovation, positions her to make an immediate impact at CIRE.

Jessica’s dynamic career path and global experiences bring a thoughtful, collaborative approach that will help strengthen financial reporting processes and support cross-functional alignment across the organization.

Lauren began her career in property management as a Leasing Agent before expanding into industrial management during COVID with a grassroots firm in the Portland area. We’re proud to announce the acquisition of 16200 Roscoe Blvd and 8201–8221 Woodley Ave, a 100% leased, multi‑tenant industrial two‑property portfolio located in Van Nuys, CA, and one of the largest acquisitions in CIRE’s history.

This highly infill, low‑coverage industrial offering comprises 307,083 square feet across 19.0 contiguous acres of irreplaceable, industrial‑zoned land. Strategically positioned adjacent to the I‑405 and Van Nuys Airport, the property offers exceptional transportation access and long‑term redevelopment potential within a highly supply‑constrained submarket.
