We're looking to hire an FP&A Manager at CIRE Equity!
In a senior individual contributor role on our finance team, you'd lead the annual portfolio budget and quarterly reforecasts in MRI, build and maintain our Argus valuation models throughout the monthly valuation cycle, and run scenario analyses to support leasing negotiations, CapEx ROI, and repositioning opportunities across the portfolio.
A real part of the job is reading documents closely and translating them into models: abstracting leases and CC&Rs for valuation and budgeting, pulling economic terms and covenant requirements out of loan agreements, and working through CAM reconciliations alongside our property and asset managers.
You'd work across Investments, Asset Management, Financial Reporting, and Investor Relations. We're a vertically integrated owner-operator, so the same team that underwrites an asset also operates it, and your analysis follows the asset the whole way through.
The right person brings strong commercial real estate finance experience, real modeling depth, and the judgment to work through complex problems independently in a fast-moving environment.
