GordonChavez I teach people how money works and how to plan for the future. Providing value through service is a priority.

Hi, my name is Gordon Chavez, entrepreneur on a mission to provide financial literacy. I was born and raised, and I am raising my own family in Oceanside, in San Diego county. I have over 15 years experience in the graphic design, printing and web design industry. Although I love to design and create I have come to realize that the 9-5 routine holds limited potential and I wanted to work in an environment that had unlimited potential. I got sick & tired of being sick & tired of trading my hours for dollars and I personally found that the current job market didn’t offer the challenges and economic potential that I believed me & my family deserved.Hi, my name is Gordon Chavez, entrepreneur on a mission to provide financial literacy. Our Oceanside Youth Deserve a Place to Call Home! 💙💛

Two important issues. Two emails. One voice for our youth!

📩 Email 1 – A Permanent Home for Our Youth

Oceanside Pop Warner and Thunder Rugby deserve fair, affordable, and consistent access to athletic fields at El Corazon.

📩 Email 2 – Why the Delay?

The City Council postponed a discussion about a permanent field for our youth until after the upcoming election.

Our youth deserve greater urgency and commitment!

🤝 Make your voice heard! Visit EmpowerOceanside.com to read and send both emails.

Stronger Together! 💙💛

Leadership isn't always about giving advice or telling others what to do. Sometimes, it's about offering guidance, being patient, and allowing people to grow and heal at their own pace.

True leadership means being there when someone is ready, not forcing them before they are. ❤️

We can't force others to change, but we can take responsibility for our own growth. 🌱

By learning from others, recognizing our shared humanity, and treating people with kindness and respect—even when we disagree—we can help build stronger, more united communities. 🤝🌎

We’re all on our own journey. We don’t have to agree on everything, and we don’t have to change or fix one another.

True understanding comes from respecting our differences, finding common ground, and recognizing the value in each other. 🤝

True strength isn’t always about being the loudest or the first to strike. Sometimes, it’s about having the patience, confidence, and wisdom to know when to respond.

Leadership isn’t just about how we confront challenges, but how we grow through them. 💪

Sometimes, the words that hurt us the most become the motivation that drives us forward. ❤️

Our past doesn't have to define our future. Through reflection, growth, and perseverance, even our most painful experiences can become sources of strength.

Sometimes it takes struggle to force us to rethink what isn’t working.

But real progress isn’t just about creating more opportunity—it’s about making sure more people are prepared and empowered to participate in it.

If we’re building a better world, we have to make sure we’re not leaving people behind. 🌎
