People ask me all the time is parallels, autos, relics, and short prints are actually worth decent money. The short answer is “sometimes”.

Many of the foil parallels for non-stars may only sell for $5-$10 a piece…not much more than a base card. But then there are cards like this 1/1 Foilfractor of Cavan Sullivan.

I posted this card high at $10,000 OBO which many people on eBay reached out saying I was INSANE asking that much.

It was listed for maybe a week or two and I just sold it for $7,500! A base card parallel for $7,500!!!

Recently he has had multiple cards with possible autos…what do you this his 1/1 auto would sell for?!?

Well well well…Walmart for the win!!!

I entered their weekly drawing for 3x Pokemon ETBs a couple weeks ago and was lucky to be selected. The boxes just arrived last night and my daughter and I ripped them together.

I feel like this is the equivalent to so many Topps products I’ve ripped over the years where you wind up with duplicates of a card of the same player. Usually with duplicates in Topps products you wind up with junk. Usually something like 3x Nicky Delmonico autos or 3x Nick Solak autos.

What would be the baseball card equivalent to hitting these 3 Gengar SIRs in back to back to back boxes?
