CEG Multifamily is a privately-held real estate investment firm headquartered in San Diego, California. We primarily operate as a value-add multifamily investor and asset manager. Our apartment purchases are well-researched opportunities and are generally acquired for a long term hold. We aim to redefine the multifamily industry with our values, detailed owner-involvement, property rehabilitation,
and superior property and asset management. Our entire portfolio is now professionally managed by FPI Management, Inc. CEG Multifamily was originally founded under the name Coastal Exchange Group following the acquisition of a 20-unit apartment community in the Pacific Beach sub-market of San Diego, California in 1982. Since these humble beginnings, our portfolio has grown to include over 6,600 units with current assets owned and managed in the markets of San Diego, CA, Sacramento, CA, Albuquerque, NM, and multiple cities across the state of Texas. In 2015, we rebranded as CEG Multifamily to better reflect our growing portfolio in non-coastal regions. At this time, our investment strategy is to expand holdings in Texas and other growth markets in the West.
