Bo Lebherz I enable clients to reduce employee benefit costs, increase productivity and mitigate executive risk. The future of employee benefits has arrived.

With the power of data, employers can now understand their employee's health risk factors and effectively design plan options to drive down the cost of healthcare. I help empower forward-thinking employers to transform their work environment to promote a culture of health and positive choices; the result: healthier, more productive employees that cost less. I am a natural leader and my concept of

teamwork most assuredly influences my style with my clients and fellow colleagues. I believe that when the proper employee benefit program is implemented, employers can view healthcare as an investment rather than an expense. If we can lower the health risks, then together, we can lower your costs.
