Coming November 20th: Exciting news from Nations Lending. Introducing favorable changes in Loan-to-Value (LTV) percentages for owner-occupied multi-unit properties! Owner-occupied duplexes are now increasing from 85% to 95% and owner-occupied triplexes and fourplexes are increasing from 75% to 95%. This means that less cash is required for a down payment, making it even more attainable to own multi-unit owner-occupied properties.
