This wonderful medicinal plant grown abundantly here in California both northern and southern regions (and likely all over this here free land) heals instantly on contact ✨

If you have a bump / bruise / sprain or even a break! Yowza! 😱Make an easy poultice by 1) Mashing up a large leaf or two small ones, 2) pour on some hot water, 3) wrap around the spot - pics below!

Find some near or in your local stream, use a plant ID app, and a real person who can confirm what it is to your face, and grab some roots and bring to your home. You can grow in shade with east watering 💧

Find it as a healing ingredient in lots of natural products, and know it will work! 🌺
