We help when the traditional real estate way doesn’t work!
About two years ago the homeowner bought the house. A few months thereafter the air conditioner went out and homeowner paid 10k to replace. Then, 6 months after purchasing the house the homeowner had to move to any other city. She didn’t have equity so she couldn’t sell using the traditional real estate way. So she was forced to be a long distance landlord. She discovered very quickly how much pain landlord’s experience...late payments, repairs, etc. Finally the homeowner called for help. The homeowner’s problem was relieved 😌 we bought and closed on the home today. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about late payments, repairs, and paying two mortgages ! 😆
