We welcomed Monica Davis to the Ignite Payment Center team earlier this month! She comes from Cellofoam. Some of you may know we have another associate from Cellofoam that started in the Payment Center about a year ago, and just a few short months later, she became Payment Center Manager. That associate is the infamous rockstar Sandy Starks. So Monica, you’ve got some big shoes to fill, but we definitely know you’re more than qualified and are bound to succeed here based on where you come from and who is now training you! We welcomed Kimberly Cardwell to the Ignite Investments Payment Center last month and she’s off to a great start! She comes from the banking world like a few of us here, so if history tells the future, I’d say she has a pretty good chance of succeeding here. She got to start in our newly constructed payment center right in time for Christmas as well! Her new office space is looking great with her special touch. Welcome to the team, Kim! Ashley Prentice joined the Ignite team earlier this month, and she has already proven to be such an asset. She’s a fast learner and is up to help with anything and everything! She will take on any task big or small whether it be helping to write checks, taking on a big project, to helping us all get more organized. She has taken such a load off of all of us and is helping us streamline everything for smooth and easier processes. We can’t thank her enough for everything she does! Keep up the great work Ashley! Jessica Thomas started with Ignite back in July as the Administrative Assistant to our Regional Sales Manager, Jett. Anyone who can keep Jett organized and take some off his plate deserves a metal, because he’s always busy! This isn’t an easy job, but Jessica came ready to work. She’s willing to help with anything thrown her way. We are thankful to have her, and I’m sure Jett is even more relieved to finally have some help! Jennifer Gonzalez started with Ignite back in April of this year. She has proven to be an asset to this team in just a few short months with her work in the Payment Center. She is so good with our customers and really listens to their concerns and takes care of their every need! You can hear her smile through the phone, and it can’t help but rub off on you 😊 Anyone that has worked in customer service knows this isn’t an easy task! Some days are rough, but you would never know with Jennifer. She keeps a positive attitude and a smile on her face through it all. Most of you already know Kellie McKinney as our Finance Office Manager, but she recently got a promotion to the sales team! Kellie has been with Ignite since the beginning and helped us get this business off the ground and going back in 2022.
