Last month a few of our team members got to participate in a golf fundraiser for Strait Paths Foundation. It's hard to beat a view like this, especially when you're playing for a good cause!

We recently hired Best Christian Workplaces to conduct a survey of our employees, and we were delighted to be certified as a Best Workplace!

There are areas we want to continue improving, but we're really grateful for our owners and every team member that is helping build an excellent office culture.

The NSRA conference has been full of practical advice and inspirational moments.
Brendan Wovchko is currently speaking on Uncomfortable Conversations, and we are excited about the last few hours as this year’s conference wraps up.
We’re already planning to be in Daytona Beach for the next NSRA conference on February 23. If you weren’t in Knoxville, join us there!

Why do our teams get together every morning for a short huddle?

We want to provide the best service possible, and we’ve found collaboration and communication to be key aspects of that. Sharing wins, issues, and priorities helps build a cohesive team and sets the culture for the day ahead.

Happy Labor Day weekend!

Evergreen RTO Management will be closed on Labor Day so our team can enjoy a well-deserved day with family and friends. We look forward to serving you again when we return on Tuesday.

We don’t always start off a Monday morning intentionally dropping raw eggs, but when we do, it’s because we want to practice teamwork while having fun.
All the teams had one goal: support an egg in a way that it could be dropped from 7 feet without breaking. The methods varied, but we are happy to report that no eggs were broken in the process.

Will you be at the 2026 NSRA Conference?

We are excited to be a sponsor and see what this year holds. Make sure you stop by our table, grab some swag, and say hello!
