If you are a NC Farm Bureau Insurance member, and need to file a claim, please see below.

We have offices in all 100 counties of NC, with multiple offices in many counties. You can file a claim with any office or use the resources below. We are here to help.

In response to those affected by Helene, North Carolina Farm Bureau has opened a temporary call center to assist our customers in filing their claims.

There are now three ways to file a claim:
• Contact your agent directly for personalized assistance.
• Use the NCFBINS App or website to file your claim anytime, anywhere.
• Call our temporary claims center at 866-205-6999, and our dedicated team will guide you through the process.
