Andrew has missed so many birthdays. Countless first days of school. Graduations, games, state championships
There's no policy in the world that can give those moments back.
But there was one gift he left that I think about almost every day: our kids never had to watch me panic about money while they were still trying to understand why their dad was gone.
They got to just be kids who were grieving. Not kids who were grieving and scared.

This year at our insurance conference, we get to hear from Ed Mylett live.

I’ve listened to Ed for YEARS.
In the car.
During workouts.
On hard days.
During seasons of grief, rebuilding, business growth, parenting, and becoming someone stronger.

He doesn’t know it… but he has been one of the biggest mentors in my life from a distance.

I’ve sent his podcasts to my teenagers.
Read his books.
Replayed episodes when I needed belief again.

What I love most is that he teaches you how to think bigger, lead better, and stop shrinking your potential.

And now our team gets to sit in the room and learn from him in person.
