Racial Equity on Johnson Pkwy & Ames Avenue East

Racial Equity on Johnson Pkwy & Ames Avenue East Johnson Pkwy and Ames Ave E needs 4 way traffic lights for pedestrian safety. Our community has been ignored and now many lives are at stake. We need this!

The Racial Equity Committee is lead and founded by Kong Xiong, Yingya Yang, Nelsie Yang, Chris Xiong, Peevxwm Yang, SuChann Yang, James Vang, Sou Yang, Sandy Lo, Linda Yang, WaiWai, and Josh Vang. Let's put 4 way traffic lights on Johnson Pkwy and Ames Avenue East! It is about time that lives as pedestrian who crosses the County Road be told! Lives are at stake when crossing Johnson Pkwy and and A

mes Ave E. It is not right that we have to wait until there are no cars for us to feel safe to cross when there are crosswalks. We are a community lead campaign and we believe that this is a racial equity issue. This is our time to come together and help push to make pedestrian lives safe. Our committee sees the lack of investments in our community. We must hold those who we elect accountable. If you have any questions or would like to join us, please contact us at:

We hope that justice will come to our neighborhood.
