Your future mortgage payment called again…but this time it sounded offended. 😂

It said:

“Can we PLEASE stop pretending the house with the infinity pool, outdoor kitchen, wine room, and boat dock is somehow going to fit into a $2,300/month budget?”

Then Zillow whispered:✨ “estimated payment” ✨

…and forgot to mention:💀 taxes💀 insurance💀 HOA fees💀 Florida roofs💀 the emotional support water heater from 2009

Honestly… buying a house in Florida right now feels a little like online dating:📸 beautiful pictures😎 great personality🚩 hidden issues in the details section

BUT… there’s actually good news right now for buyers in Jacksonville & St. Johns County.

🏡 Inventory has been slowly increasing🏡 Sellers are becoming more negotiable🏡 More buyers are getting closing costs paid again🏡 Some homes are sitting longer = better negotiating power

Translation:This isn’t 2021 anymore where people were offering their firstborn child and a jet ski over asking price 😭😂

💡 TIP OF THE DAY:STOP shopping based only on purchase price.

Sir/Ma’am… respectfully…you cannot keep falling in love with houses that have:✨ wine walls✨ hidden pantries✨ waterfall islands✨ “spa inspired owner retreats”

…when your current budget says:“maybe laminate countertops and a strong prayer.” 😅

Then your CURRENT house joined the group chat…

🏚️ “Oh NOW you want to move?Interesting.Because I’ve been asking for a new water heater since the Obama administration.”

And honestly… it got awkward fast 😂

Sir… respectfully… you still haven’t fixed the fence from 2022 😅
