Please stay safe during this time. If you are lonely or simply need a distraction other than TV or social media, try some of these things:

1.Go for a walk if weather permits.
2. CALL rather than text or facetime a friend.
3. Write a nice note and drop it in the mail to somebody telling them why you appreciate them.
4. Bake something.
5. Learn something new.
6. Draw a picture..even find a youtube channel to help.
7. Make a to-do list.
8. Do some of those things you have been putting off.
9. Check out DIY projects on youtube that interest you.
10. Take an online class.
11. Light a candle and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea.
12. Make a list of your positive personal qualities.
13. List your goals and dreams and ways to make them happen.
14. Go through old pictures for fun or just to organize them.
15. Teach your dog a new trick.
