Hi Guys,
Been a long time since I’ve been on this page so I apologize for the lack of interaction. We get hundreds of requests and sorry I just can’t respond to them all.
I’m now in the finance world and mainly developing for our development group.
I’ll be honest most homeowners don’t get the benefits of ICF and are a very hard sell.
Meanwhile business guys who are investing actually look at the numbers and understand them and get it.
My new pool system will be out soon as soon as my patent comes through, current at patent pending stage.

Hi Guys,
I’m no longer in the industry anymore as it was hard on the back and the 5 vertebrates fusion I just had 2 weeks ago says it all.
I still consult on stuff, Gwyneth Paltrow’s, Alec Baldwin etc but my main business is credit card processing now.
Make a lot more money and get to use my head more, funny I could run engineering calls in my head but was intimidated by the world of finance.🤣
Now I realize it’s just basic math and a whole lot of acronyms.

In light of all the recent devastation caused by hurricanes we are working on a new website to promote the ICF building method, which withstands 250+mph wind forces and won’t burn - we’d also like to bring to your attention of our fire/bulletproof stucco, which makes our structures extremely safe.
An added benefit is its incredible energy efficiency.

Water damage to an ICF structure is also greatly reduced: Move furniture to a second floor, open a door at the front and one at the back. As the storm surge recedes, power wash and use fans to dry up space and move your furniture back. No more need for full renovations or the need to rebuild, no worries over mold or rot or Insects.
If government buildings are built with ICF and are safe, why shouldn’t your family be safe too?
It’s time to rethink how to build homes.
