”House flipping” (volteo de casas), el negocio de comprar propiedades, especialmente aquellas que necesitan reparaciones y venderlas a un precio mayor es sin duda una actividad lucrativa para los inversionistas inmobiliarios. Durante la pandemia del Covid-19 esto fue muy popular ya que prácticamente garantizaban una ganancia para los inversionistas debido a las bajas tasas de interés hipotecarios y la aceleración de los precios.

Our recent Real Estate Investor Meet Up at Crawdad's in Sacramento was truly spectacular, as not only did we attendees get to chat with other investors, agents, contractors, lenders, inspectors and other real estate industry professionals, but we also had our first live blog between Bobby and Chad (Capital Wealth Builders) and Jake (Jacob Davenport) on Instagram.
It was interesting and entertaining to watch and listen to these three panelists share their experiences as real estate investors.

Nuestra reciente reunión de Inversionistas en el Crawdad’s en Sacramento fue realmente espectacular, ya que no solamente los asistentes hemos podido charlar con otros inversionistas, agentes, contratistas, prestamistas, inspectores y otros profesionales de la industria de bienes raices sino que además se realizó el primer blog en vivo entre Bobby y Chad (Capital Wealth Builders) y Jake (Jacob Davenport) en Instagram.
Fue interesante y entretenido ver y escuchar a estos tres panelistas compartiendo sus experiencias como inversionistas de bienes raices.
