This Friday, December 3rd, join us online for our first Sisterhood Circle! Sisterhood Circle is a monthly gathering for Capital Women where women find community and connection.

This month Sisterhood Circle will be a discussion around better mental health for women. We will be discussing the leading causes of poor mental health, Biblical examples of mental health, the impacts it can have on your brain, warning signs and symptoms of poor mental health, ways to improve, and steps to sustain and maintain good mental health.
