Do you know of any Seniors needing to sell their home in order to move into a Senior Care community, but for whatever reason they do not want to list it with a Realtor? Maybe because they have lived in their home for many years...
* don't care to have alot of strangers coming into their home
* many repairs needed that they have not been able to do
* SO much accumulated 'stuff' they don't want to hassle with
