Happy Monday!

Like the saying goes, there’s more than one way to skin a cat.

I remember thinking that I was failing in business because I didn’t have a large number of followers.

Then, I looked at my bank account. 🤔

I wasn’t failing because I didn’t have the followers, I was failing to make an IMPACT📝

Now I’m not going to run you my strategy (info is free but application will cost you😏) but what I will say is I had to find a NEW way to break through and attract my ideal clients.

You can’t fail when you’re willing to learn.

The goal for leaders should be to create a succession plan.
Meaning: YOU'RE NOT A REAL LEADER IF YOU'RE NOT READY GROOM YOUR REPLACEMENT!!

If you are a new leader, here are 5 TIPS to help you set the tone:

1. Find out what your mentees can do. Set them up for success.

2. Let your team know what you expect from them.
"Speak what you seek until you see what you've said." It applies here as well.

3. Establish what the learning curve looks like.
Make sure the team knows that they can come to you when problems arise.

4. Hold them accountable!
Establish what the "metrics" are and let the team know when you will be assess their results.

5. Round of Applause.
