We are please to announce that we have closed on The Ingalls Apartments, is a 12-Unit property in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, a suburb which is conveniently located just five miles from Downtown Denver.

These well-maintained units present a substantial cash flow investment with high occupancies and consistent annual rent growth. In addition, there are short-term rental and value-add opportunities include the implementation of systematic interior renovations and continued implementation of utility recoveries across the portfolio.

Our property manager was onsite to deliver notices and ensure a smooth ownership transition. We are hitting the ground running to implement the business plan.

I am leaving this here for every prospective investor that says growth in multifamily is just “too slow”. No your eyes are not deceiving you…rents increased nationwide by +20%. 💰💰

In most cases that is at least a 20% increase in the NOI for an asset. If you factor in the leverage that real estate debt provides the risk-adjusted returns are absolutely spectacular. 🚀🚀🚀

We've Closed!

This 227 unit portfolio deal is made up of two properties The Embers and Fieldstone Apartments located in Pasadena(Houston), TX. We will implement a value add strategy to improve the resident experience and drive value for our investor partners. We are honored to partner with this amazing group of talented professionals for this portfolio!

As always, the incredible work of the team in executing on a complex multiple property transaction shows that this business is all about having the right people!
