I'm currently reading "Get Up!" by James A. Levine, MD. It is a book about the dangers of sitting all day. It has really made me rethink my lifestyle (and slightly terrified me in the process). I highly reccomend it!

I'm almost finished reading it... I like to read one fiction and one non-fiction at a time. What are some suggestions for my next non-fiction read?
