Our 2023 Devon Reece Freeman Memorial Scholarship Recipients are Candy Ortega and Jose Leanos. Candy plans to attend Texas Tech University and pursue a degree in Nursing and become a travel nurse. Jose plans to attend WTC to obtain a certificate in the Lineman Program. Congratulations to the Class of 2023.
