Driven by Purpose: Strengthening Our Commitment to Making a Difference

Some experiences leave a lasting mark on the heart.

Last March, Gallagher Philippines’ Executive Team visited Recovered Treasures, a residential home of the Kalipay Negrense Foundation in Bacolod. We were welcomed by the children with songs, smiles, and an overwhelming sense of joy that made the visit truly unforgettable.

From sharing an ice cream party and community lunch to enjoying a mini sports fest together, the day was filled with laughter, connection, and meaningful moments. More than the activities, it was the opportunity to listen to the children's stories, celebrate their resilience, and simply spend time with them that made the experience so special.

The visit deepened our understanding of Kalipay’s mission and strengthened our commitment to supporting programs that help vulnerable children heal, grow, and thrive.

This same spirit carried forward through the Kalipay Cup 2026, where partners and advocates came together to help create brighter opportunities for the children under Kalipay’s care.

We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of this journey and proud to stand alongside organizations that transform lives through compassion, care, and hope.

Together, we continue to make a difference—one child, one community, and one act of kindness at a time.

Cheers to all the amazing dads and dads at heart!

Last June 19, Gallagher Philippines celebrated Father’s Day across all our offices, and it was a day well spent!

From free coffee and snacks to friendly competition with arcade basketball and mini golf, the energy was high and the smiles were everywhere. Of course, we didn’t forget the little extras—giveaway accessories just for our dads (and dads at heart) to take home.

And to wrap it all up? A much-deserved relaxing massage session because our dads deserve nothing less than a little time to unwind and recharge.

Thank you to all the incredible dads in our Gallagher community for everything you do—at work and at home. We appreciate you today and every day!

Strengthening Partnerships Through Gratitude

From February to April 2026, Gallagher Philippines hosted a series of Thanksgiving and brand engagement lunches to celebrate the partnerships that continue to drive the company’s growth. These gatherings served as opportunities not only to express appreciation, but also to strengthen relationships, encourage meaningful dialogue, and deepen understanding of client and partner needs.

The series opened on February 27 at Milky Way Café in Makati City with a thanksgiving lunch for partner insurance companies, honoring the trust and collaboration that have supported Gallagher through the years. The program reflected on the company’s journey and reaffirmed that while Gallagher’s global presence continues to expand, it is the relationships behind the numbers that truly matter.

This was followed by an intimate thanksgiving lunch on April 8 with Security Bank Corporation, SBM Leasing, and SB Rental. The smaller gathering allowed for more personal conversations, reinforcing collaboration and enabling Gallagher to better understand and respond to client priorities.

The series concluded on April 29 at Guidecelli Ristorante with First Balfour, celebrating more than two decades of partnership. Across all three events, Gallagher Philippines reinforced its commitment to building stronger, more meaningful partnerships—grounded in trust, understanding, and long term collaboration.

We have appointed Adam Sullivan as CEO of our specialty operations in Asia, which support clients across sectors including energy, marine, heavy industry, mining, property and financial lines. In his new role, Adam will lead the team and spearhead the continued expansion of Gallagher Specialty in Asia, focusing on growth amongst large corporate clients in the region.

Alongside his new responsibilities, Adam will continue his role as CEO for Gallagher’s aerospace practice across Asia Pacific. Adam has over 30 years’ insurance experience and joined Gallagher as part of its acquisition of JLT Aerospace in 2019, having worked at the firm since 2011. Fantastic that we have been able to make this key leadership appointment from our existing team, and congratulations on the new role Adam.
