For those of you on the fence about refinancing or purchasing a home, read on! This from Market Trends Weekly (March 6, 2013 edition

" Lower incomes, modest spending growth, and little inflation in sight means the Fed will likely continue their Bond purchase program, known as Quantitative Easing. In fact, Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke has hinted that the Fed will not cut back on its monthly purchases of Mortgage Backed Securities until the unemployment rate improves. In addition, continued uncertainty out of Europe means investors will likely continue their safe haven trade into our Bond Market, benefiting Mortgage Bonds--and therefore home loan rates, which are tied to Mortgage Bonds--as a result."
