1️⃣ Business checking account — Keep your business money completely separate from personal. Always. 2️⃣ Business savings account — Set aside money for taxes, slow seasons, and unexpected expenses. 3️⃣ Business credit card — Builds credit AND makes tracking business expenses so much easier. 4️⃣ Accounts receivable tracking — Know exactly who owes you money and when it's due. 5️⃣ An expense tracking system — Whether it's QuickBooks, an app, or a spreadsheet — have a system and stick to it.
