🛑 The Problem:
A retired real estate investor wanted to consolidate a first and second mortgage on their investment property but due to their unique financial circumstances, they would no longer qualify for a conventional refinance.
Not only did this investor have excellent credit along with significant assets, but unfortunately was denied by a lender because supporting information did not meet their lender’s underwriting guidelines.

🙌 The Solution:
From application to settlement was a 20-day process as I consolidated the first and second mortgages, saving the investor $2,025/month.
