Sometimes the best part of a vacation isn't the destination.
It's watching your daughter build a sandcastle, hearing her laugh, and realizing how quickly these seasons of life go by.

Life gets busy. Work gets hectic. There is always another email to answer, call to make, or project to finish. But moments like these are a reminder of what's truly important.

I'm grateful for the opportunity to step away for a few days, spend time with family in Michigan, and enjoy the simple things that often become the memories we cherish most.

The little moments aren't really little at all.

They're the ones you'll remember years from now.

Hope everyone is finding time this summer to slow down, be present, and enjoy the people who matter most.

Nothing beats a Michigan sunset and a little time away with the people who matter most.

Life moves fast. Between work, appointments, and everyday responsibilities, it's easy to stay focused on what's next. Vacations like this are a good reminder to slow down, enjoy the moment, and make memories with family.

Listen, I’m not mad… but that new car note just hit your debt-to-income ratio like a linebacker. If you’re thinking about buying a home, DO NOT finance a car, open new credit cards, or make big purchases before closing. One small move can delay or completely change your approval. Call your loan officer first. Always. Let’s do this the right way.

The extra cost of mortgage insurance when putting less than 20% down on a home get a bad reputation.

Often times, the mortgage insurance is at .2% of the loan. This allows flexibility for the borrow instead of them emptying much of their liquid cash into their down payment.
