People think that if buying a home requires sacrifice, compromise, patience or starting smaller that you shouldn't do it.
Your first or second home doesn't have to be your forever home.
You don't have to time interest rates.
Waiting for the "perfect market" can become a very expensive strategy.
Sometimes building wealth starts with getting in the game to begin with.
