Before officially launching our foundation, we were blessed to help our very first child and little did we know, she would end up helping us too. 💛
She reminded me what compassion, purpose, and giving back truly mean. My husband and I do not have children of our own, but we have been blessed to help raise and support our nieces and nephews over the years, which made our passion for helping children and families grow even stronger.
That is one of the many reasons this foundation means so much to us. Through helping other children and families, we’ve found a deeper purpose and a way to pour love into others who need it most.
Sometimes, I truly believe we are placed on this earth to help others. That is exactly what Keisha Kares Foundation stands for.

Behind every donation box is real work, real sacrifice, and a real mission. 💛

While sorting through donated supplies for the foundation, I injured my lower back and have been down for a few days — but one thing this showed me is just how important this mission truly is.

We are trying to raise $8,000 by September 1st to help provide backpacks, school supplies, food, and care packages for children and families in need.

Today, we’re proud to officially launch our foundation initiative — something that has been on our hearts for many years.

As a double cancer survivor, life gave me a deeper purpose: to give back, love louder, and show up for others in a meaningful way.

What started with supporting one child through school has come full circle — and now we’re ready to take the next step.

This mission is bigger than backpacks. We’re providing school supplies, meals for children and families, care packages, and support to a village in Belize — with a vision to grow this impact year after year.
