Elizabethtown, KY — Hershey Capital, in partnership with a private equity firm, is proud to announce the acquisition of Winding Springs, a 180-unit luxury multifamily community, for $34.2 million. This transaction represents Hershey Capital’s first large-scale multifamily investment, marking a significant milestone in the firm’s growth.

Winding Springs is located in Elizabethtown, a rapidly expanding market and home to the Blue Oval SK Battery Park, one of the largest economic development projects in the state.
