The Eric Frazier Show — Faith

What does it mean to possess a faith that is fully alive, deeply rooted, and strong enough to withstand uncertainty?

In this reflective episode of The Eric Frazier Show: Faith, Family and Finance, Eric Frazier turns to Psalm 1 and its powerful image of a righteous person as a tree planted beside streams of water—a tree that remains rooted, produces fruit in its proper season, and does not wither.

As Eric considers the passage, the tree becomes more than a biblical symbol. It becomes a model for living with spiritual stability, self-awareness, inner peace, and a meaningful connection to God. Unlike human beings, the tree does not debate its purpose, defend its existence, or struggle to explain what it is. It simply remains rooted in its source and participates fully in life.

Eric examines the tension between faith and uncertainty, inherited religious beliefs and personal spiritual experience, and the human desire to understand mysteries that may exceed the limits of language and intellect. He explains why sincere questions do not necessarily weaken faith. Honest spiritual inquiry can produce a more mature faith—one based not merely on repetition, fear, or tradition, but on reflection, experience, and conscious choice.

The episode concludes with Eric’s original poem, “The Tree Knows,” a meditation on stillness, surrender, identity, spiritual harmony, and the possibility of becoming fully present within the mystery of existence.

This episode invites viewers to slow down, listen to the silence, reconnect with their spiritual source, and consider a profound question: Do you truly know who you are?

Episode 1 – Why We Want to Break the Car

What happens when grandpa asks the right questions, the grandkids tell the truth, and a Tesla Model X becomes the car everybody wants to keep?

In this premiere episode of The Eric Frazier Show, Eric Lawrence Frazier, MBA sits down with his grandchildren — Cara, Cameron, and Chloe — for a funny, honest, and heartwarming family conversation about tacos, ice cream, Tesla repairs, falcon-wing doors, and the creative logic of children who have already figured out what they want.

After the family Tesla Model 3 gets damaged and temporarily replaced with a Tesla Model X, the kids experience more space, upgraded technology, rear screens, and those unforgettable falcon-wing doors. Their proposed solution? Maybe the car needs to “accidentally” break again.

But beneath the laughter is a bigger lesson. Children dream without fear. They negotiate without hesitation. They imagine abundance before the world teaches them limitation.

When asked what they want to drive after they graduate, build their businesses, and make their own money, their answers say it all: Bugatti. Lamborghini. Rolls-Royce.

“Look out. These kids are about to do some big things.”

This episode is more than a conversation about a car. It is about family, imagination, ambition, and listening closely to the next generation as they speak their dreams out loud.

There’s a lot of talk in the news about affordability and mortgage rates right now, but here’s what almost no one is talking about.
Yes, mortgage rates have been inching up these past few weeks. But it’s still more affordable to buy compared to buyers who made a purchase last year.
Even now, the average monthly payment is about $300 lower than it was just a year ago.
So, while rates have shifted lately, the opportunity to buy hasn’t gone away.
If you want or need to move, let’s talk strategy.
DM me if you want to know what I’m doing to help my clients feel confident moving forward.

Knowledge Is Power, and The Power Is Now!

When Buying a Home Feels Out of Reach, Some Families Do This Instead

If you want more information on multi-generational homes, let’s have a quick conversation about what’s available in our area. Sometimes the path to homeownership isn’t doing it alone. It’s doing it together.

For a lot of people, the math on buying a home just doesn’t really work right now.

Knowledge Is Power, and The Power Is Now!

If your house is for sale and you’re not getting any offers, or at least none you’re comfortable with, you may be starting to wonder if it’s better to rent it out instead.

But here’s the truth. Being a landlord isn’t always as easy as it sounds.

You have to find tenants. Chase down missed payments. Be on call anytime something breaks. And deal with unexpected costs and repairs.

So, make sure to carefully weigh the pros and cons before you make a decision.

For some homeowners, the hassle (and the expense) of turning a house into a rental property aren’t worth it.

For some families who want to buy, the numbers just aren’t lining up right now.

Between ongoing affordability challenges and rising childcare costs, it can feel like you have to choose either buying a house or paying for daycare.

But a growing number of people are finding a smart solution where they can do both: buying a multi-generational home.

1 in 7 buyers purchase a home with their parents, grandparents, or other relatives. And here’s how that helps.

By combining incomes and sharing expenses, they can finally afford to buy. And it even makes childcare easier when loved ones all live under one roof.

Sometimes the path to homeownership isn’t doing it alone. It’s doing it together.
