Responsibilities include:
Manage freight details and logistics on behalf of the company
Efficiently organize loads & communicate with customers
Coordinate loads with in house dispatchers
Source to outside carriers as necessary
Manage Tractor Express team
Minimum qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of work experience in a management role
Proficient in Microsoft programs and Google Suite
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person
Ability to adapt quickly
Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
High level of attention to detail
Positive attitude and team player
Ability to solve problems independently
