Average rent prices for single-family rents rose by 0.8% in 2024, which is the smallest increase in years.The Midwest lead the way for rent increases while The Southwest saw a decline.

We sold the gray car in this picture to this mother & son. We recently found out that the car was abandoned in Philadelphia without plates. I suspect it was stolen. We are trying to locate them to let them know where their car is.
