More times than not, people don't understand what they are actually getting when it comes to insurance. I pride myself at making sure the client is fully aware of the coverages by educating them so they can make a decision based off of their needs, not necessarily what is the cheapest. With insurance, cheap means less protection. New home buyers are making a huge investment and should always understand their coverages. Chase, thank you for the great review!
