In the last few days I registered 4 new loans for homebuyers with 4 different lenders.
Why would I do that? Because my buyers deserve choices and the best rates possible. And maybe because I’m a little crazy. 🤪
For example, lender A today had amazing pricing for a VA loan that I locked in. 🇺🇸 But, their conventional loan pricing wasn’t great for another buyer, so I took their loan to lender B who was .5% better on rate. 🤯
The mortgage broker world has such a big learning curve, but now that I have settled in I’m really digging the flexiblity and benefits for my buyers. 💰💵
