So excited to share my latest acquisition with y'all!
9 acres of raw land, has county water and has been perk tested, great spot!
i don't know yet but I plan to convert this into a recreational facility, Rent it as farmland or Build housing or something! Or wait until it's valued by three to five times its original price.
