yet another reason, the housing market is not likely to falter. Look at how low the rate of properties are per state for being “underwater.” a very, very small percentage of housing actually owes more than the home is worth even after the last year, where in some markets, we saw a mild pull back in values. Historically low foreclosure rates, historically, low underwater mortgages means housing remains healthy!
