This client purchased last year when rates were higher and was able to take advantage of lower rates now. I loved doing this refinance, not just because the clients were amazing, not just because I was able to have them skip 2 mortgage payments this summer, but because I was able to close them in their own home with her homemade cinnamon rolls to munch on while working. I absolutely love my job!
