This client purchased last year when rates were higher and was able to take advantage of lower rates now. I loved doing this refinance, not just because the clients were amazing, not just because I was able to have them skip 2 mortgage payments this summer, but because I was able to close them in their own home with her homemade cinnamon rolls to munch on while working. Goodbye Detroit! I will see you again soon and cant wait to come back for more amazing training at UWM. It is a beautiful morning with just a dusting of snow to make me realize how close we are to the holidays (including Christmas). I need to get back home so I can finish (and start) my shopping.
