Rosales is BQA cow/calf certified and is embedded in the ranching communities. Growing up in West Texas, Rosales attended Texas A&M University focused on Agribusiness. Rosales was raised in rural West Texas and is the son of a farrier who specialized in large breed
horses. Growing up, he spent much of his time on the back of a quarter horse and gained an
appreciation for the freedom that comes wit

h the agricultural lifestyle. Initially, Rosales pursued
a degree in Agribusiness at Texas A&M University before transferring to SUNY Upstate Medical
Center, where he shifted his focus to public health, particularly as it pertains to rural
communities. With a wealth of experience in rural community living and livestock management,
he brings a unique perspective to his work. Rosales has been involved in risk management for 12 years, specializing in farm and ranch
protection. His office offers a range of protections, including Whole Farm coverage, crop
production, cattle, equine, and farm liability, as well as beef cattle production liability and
professional liability related to these areas. He is affiliated with several organizations, including the Washington Cattleman's Association,
Oregon Cattleman's Association, and the American Quarter Horse Association.
